Rashid Karameh International Exhibition Center (Tripoli International Fair, Tripoli, Lebanon)
In the outskirt of the historical center of Tripoli, Lebanon one will find the Rashid Karameh International Exhibition Center designed back in 1962 by the world famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer. The civil war of Lebanon did however put an end to the construction and use of this architectural marvel so that it now just stands there as this strangely intriguing empty and deserted monument of lost dreams hopes and opportunities.
Syrian Refugee Camps, Akkar, Lebanon 2017 – 2018
In the years 2017 – 2018 I did different works and workshops in the Syrian Refugeee Camps in Akkar, Lebanon. Most of the work was done in cooporation with the NGO Miswar, a small but very effective organisation working on the ground with the every day problems of Camps.

On the road to nowhere. 40 days of walking from Sevilla to Santiago de Compostela. And then 3 days to the Ocean. Just an amazing way to see and experience the stunning landscapes and rich culture of beautiful Spain. A truly great walk.
